Coming by air?
By air, fly into Brisbane International airport.

Coming by car?
From the city...
From the city, take the Riverside Expressway to Coronation Drive. Coronation Drive becomes High Street. Turn left at the traffic lights into Sir Fred Schonell Drive, and park at the multi-level carpark near the 2nd roundabout.
Parking
Parking is in one of the two multi-level carparks in Sir Fred Schonell Drive. The parking fee is $1.20 per hour.
Coming by bus or ferry?
Look up the information at the Translink site. Enter "UQ - St Lucia Campus" as the destination.
Where can I stay?
While there are some motels, self-contained apartments in the surrounding suburbs of Taringa, Milton, Toowong and Indooroopilly, most of the accommodation is located in Brisbane City and Spring Hill, which is approximately 7km from the university campus.
Rates vary considerably. We'll try to source more information about specific hotels here, but in the meantime, you should consult www.wotif.com.

Entry to the building & what to expect
Entry to the lecture theatres and buildings will be unrestricted over the weekend between the hours of 8AM and 5:30PM.
Other stuff
As this is a university campus, you can expect to find many services onsite, like ATMs and food outlets. As the event is just prior to university exams, most things should be open.
